1. Operator and scope
Agent 2.0 is an independently operated, non-commercial personal assistant project developed for personal use by Aviv Turpaz. This policy describes the project's handling of Google account data explicitly authorized by the account holder. This public website is informational and has no Google sign-in function.
2. Google information accessed
Access depends on the particular Google account, OAuth scopes granted, and enabled feature. Not all capabilities apply to every account.
- Gmail: search and read messages, threads, metadata and labels. A separately authorized connector can mark an individual message as read by removing its
UNREADlabel. Google'sgmail.modifyOAuth scope is technically broader than that function, but this personal connector is designed to restrict its actions. - Google Calendar: read calendars and events; management actions, where enabled, require distinct authorization.
- Drive, Contacts, Docs, Sheets: access only when separately connected and approved for the particular account and feature.
- Agent-operated accounts: may have separately authorized broader actions, including sending messages, but these are not automatically available for personal read-only connections.
Visiting this website grants no access to any Google account. Users can revoke Google OAuth grants in their Google Account security settings.
3. Purposes of use
Google data is processed to fulfill the account holder's assistant requests: finding and summarizing relevant email, helping organize tasks, understanding calendar commitments, and performing specifically authorized actions. Relevant message or event content may be included in an AI-assisted workflow. The operator does not sell Google data, use it for targeted advertising, or deliberately use it to train general-purpose AI models.
4. Storage and processors
Credentials and tokens, account metadata, selected content, operational records and audit history may be retained in private server-side systems and software integrations to operate the project. OAuth secrets and tokens are not published on this website.
Relevant excerpts may be transferred to external AI/model service providers, including OpenAI when chosen, to deliver requested assistance. These providers are subject to their applicable contractual and privacy terms. Data is not intentionally shared with advertisers or unrelated parties. This informational website does not load advertising or third-party analytics scripts.
5. Security, retention and deletion
Records are retained as needed for operations, troubleshooting, security, continuity and auditing. Duration varies by data type and service; there is no universal fixed retention period. The project applies account-specific access restrictions and operator controls, but no internet-connected system guarantees perfect security.
To revoke Google access, use the third-party connections settings of the relevant Google Account. To request disconnection or removal of locally stored data, contact the operator below. Some records may be retained for security and operational integrity where appropriate.
6. Google API Limited Use
Google data is used to provide or improve the user-facing functionality requested and authorized by its account holder, subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy and applicable Limited Use requirements. The permission scope of every OAuth grant is disclosed on Google's authorization screen.
7. Changes and contact
Policy updates will be published on this page as integrations change. For questions about data access, processing or deletion, contact the operator at avivturpaz@gmail.com.
